How do I apply for aSaudi Visa?
When to Apply for a Saudi Arabia Visa
The best time to apply for your Saudi Arabia visa is 1–2 months before your travel date. Since Saudi Arabia does not offer eVisas yet, you must submit your original passport, not a copy. The visa will be stamped directly onto a page of your passport.
Passport Submission and Collection
Visa requests cannot be processed without your original passport. Therefore, we arrange for all necessary forms to be collected and dropped off at your preferred address. This ensures your passport is handled safely and conveniently.
Document Verification and Biometrics

Visa Processing Times
Visas typically take up to 7 working days to process with the embassy, after preparation. Preparation usually takes 1–3 working days for most visas, except work visas, which require 2–3 weeks to prepare. What documentation do you need?
Passport: You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. In addition, your passport must:
- Be valid for the next six months
- Have at least two consecutive blank visa pages
- Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way

Photograph Requirements
You must provide at least two colour, passport-type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Taken within the last three months, against an all-white background and printed on high-quality photo paper.
Identical photographs, each measuring two inches by two inches.
Full-frontal view of your head, with your face centred and a neutral (non-smiling) expression.
No eyeglasses or headwear, except for religious purposes.

Letter of Invitation
You must provide an official invitation letter from your sponsor. For business visas, the letter must be issued by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, submitting this letter with your application helps speed up approval and ensures compliance with embassy requirements.
Visa Application Form: You must provide one fully completed copy of the visa application as provided. The application form must:
- Display your full name as it appears in your passport
- GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Countries.
- Be signed
- Include your mobile phone number
- Include your email address
- The invitation must be signed and stamped by the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry or your sponsoring organisation
What types of Saudi Visas can you apply for?
