We facilitate six distinct Saudi visa categories. For every type except Umrah, you'll need a visa invitation letter or visa block — issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs — confirming your sponsor has applied for your entry and specifying the visa type granted.
For applicants visiting Saudi Arabia for business purposes. Issued as single or multiple-entry for short stays. Ideal for business partners who need to meet in person.
For applicants performing short-term work in Saudi Arabia without becoming residents. Typically used by SA-employed staff temporarily assigned to a partner company in KSA.
For applicants who have secured employment in Saudi Arabia. This process can normally take several months — our expedited service significantly reduces both time and effort.
For applicants moving to Saudi Arabia to live with family members — spouse, children or other immediate family. Must be sponsored by a family member already resident in KSA.
Allows family members of Saudi residents to travel for visits. Our services ensure all required documents are prepared accurately to avoid embassy delays.
For travellers visiting the holy cities of Saudi Arabia for the Umrah pilgrimage. We provide step-by-step guidance to ensure your application meets every embassy requirement for smooth approval.
A visa block is issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It confirms that your sponsor (either a company or family member) has applied for your entry, and specifies which type of visa has been granted. You'll need this for every visa type except Umrah.
We've streamlined the Saudi visa process into four clear stages — from initial application through embassy stamping. Most visas take 7 working days at the embassy, plus 1-3 days for preparation. Work visas take longer due to documentation requirements.
The best time to apply is 1-2 months before your travel date. Since Saudi does not yet offer eVisas, you must submit your original passport — not a copy. The visa is stamped directly onto a page of your passport.
Visa requests cannot be processed without your original passport. We arrange for all necessary forms to be collected and dropped off at your preferred address — ensuring your passport is handled safely and conveniently.
After collection, your documents are compiled and verified by our team. Biometrics are completed at a time that suits your schedule — at our Cape Town or Johannesburg offices. The process is efficient, accurate, and stress-free.
Visas typically take up to 7 working days at the embassy after preparation. Preparation takes 1-3 working days for most visas — except Work Visas, which require 2-3 weeks due to additional documentation.
Saudi visa applications have strict documentation requirements. Get any of these wrong and the embassy will reject your submission. Here's exactly what you'll need, with the embassy's preferred specifications.
