1. Definitions
1.1. One Visa World Pty Ltd is a Responsible Party as envisaged in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
1.2. Data Subject means the person to whom Personal Information relates.

1.4. PAIA Manual means the manual which sets out the process for accessing information as envisaged by sections 14 and 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2002 (PAIA).
1.5. Personal Information means any information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person. It is information or pieces of information that could identify that natural or juristic person, either directly (e.g. by name) or indirectly (e.g. through pseudonymised data) and includes things like email/home addresses, usernames, profile pictures, user generated content, financial information, and geolocation and will also include information relating to the education or the medical, financial, criminal or employment history of the person; any identifying number, symbol, email address, physical address, telephone number, location information, online identifier or other particular assignment to the person; the biometric information of the person; the personal opinions, views or preferences of the person.
2. Collection, processing, and purpose
2.1. One Visa World will only collect Personal Information when it is necessary to comply with legal obligations that apply, or when such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre- contractual procedures. One Visa World may also process information if it has a legitimate interest, provided that in each case our interest is in accordance with applicable law and the rights of the Data Subject.
2.2. When none of the other lawful processing conditions support the data processing operation, One Visa World will only process Personal Information if it has obtained the consent of the Data Subject to process said Personal Information for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
2.3. One Visa World will only use Personal Information for the fulfilment of the specific purposes for which it was obtained, or for other lawful processing.
2.4. Accuracy
2.4.1. One Visa World will take all reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information that it processes is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.5. Openness

2.6. Security
2.6.1. One Visa World will ensure that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect Personal Information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
2.6.2. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Information of a Data Subject has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorised person, we shall notify: – the Information Regulator; and the Data Subject unless the identity of such Data Subject cannot be established.
2.6.3. The notification will be made as soon as reasonably possible after the discovery of the compromise, considering the legitimate needs of law enforcement or any measures reasonably necessary to determine the scope of the compromise and to restore the integrity of our information system.
2.7. Transfers and sharing
2.7.1. One Visa World will only disclose Personal Information for the fulfilment of the specific purposes for which it was obtained, or for other lawful processing. Under no circumstances does One Visa World transfer or share Personal Information or sell Personal Information to third parties without the consent of Data Subject.
2.8. Retention
2.8.1. One Visa World will retain Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
2.8.2. In some cases, data retention may occur for longer periods, especially when applicable law so requires.
2.9. Access
2.9.1. The Data Subject may request a copy of their Personal Information from One Visa World and, where required, instruct One Visa World to effect changes to correct the data or to permanently delete their Personal Information, in accordance with local regulations.
2.9.2. The above request is to be made in writing to the Information Officer via electronic mail.
3. Information about others
3.1. If the Data Subject provides One Visa World with Personal Information about someone else, the Data Subject is responsible for ensuring that it complies with any obligation and consent obligations under applicable data protection laws in relation to such disclosure.
3.2. In so far as required by applicable data protection laws, the Data Subject must ensure that it has provided the required notices and has obtained the other person’s consent to provide One Visa World with his/her/its Personal Information and that the Data Subject explains to them how One Visa World collects, uses, discloses and retains their Personal Information or direct them to read this Privacy Policy.
4. General Provisions
4.1. One Visa World is committed to protecting the Data Subject’s privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website.

4.5. By using this website, the Data Subject signifies their acceptance of One Visa World Privacy Policy and terms and conditions. 4.6. The Data Subjects personal information will not be given out to any third party except where required to fulfil the contract and service from One Visa World to the Data subject and the personal information provided to that third party will only be the information required fulfil the contract or service.
5. Modification of this Privacy Policy
5.1. One Visa World reserves the right to modify or amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion. One Visa World will take all reasonably practicable steps to bring any such modifications or amendments to the Data Subjects attention.
5.2. If the Data Subject continues to engage with One Visa World or use our products or services following notification of a change to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the changed terms will apply to the Data Subject and the Data Subject will be deemed to have accepted those updated terms.
5.3. This Privacy Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of One Visa World but does not supersede them and in the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy shall take precedence, only to the extent of such conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency.
